My poor rose bush....

Jim looked out the window this morning and saw Mrs. Moose browsing the leaves on my wild rose bush. He took this picture out his office window.
Speaking of moose in the yard: Husky + moose poop + rolling = awful stinky unpleasant doggie bath time. Just so you know.

James was nice enough to handle the stinky unpleasant doggie bath time. What a great kid. Someone should appreciate him.

  2. Yes, you're right. James got right up and washed that smelly, resistant doggie.

    James, I appreciate that.

  3. I had an idea for that invention! Moose Sticks!! Figure out what moose like to gnaw on, make a combination and put it on a dowel like a popsicle, stick it in the ground at various spots so they will go eat the moose sticks and not the garden!
We'll be famous! We'll be rich!
We can always sell the resulting poop as gold fertilizer to the tourists!
Okay, I know, back to my corner....

  4. Amy, when you come visit, we'll have to take you to the touristy shops to see what they make out of moose nuggets to sell to the gullible visitors. They do paint them gold and sell them as "Alaskan gold nuggets." And they paint faces on them and sell them as Christmas ornaments, and put them in the ends of tubes of chapstick. Your fertilizer idea is the most sane one of all!

Moose Sticks... Hm.... Maybe that could work!

  5. I thought those would be sticks of moose. But I'm new here, so I could be wrong ;)

I guess it is really Fall since the leaves are mostly on the ground, now. Or maybe we're approaching "Fallen".
